Default Interior parts, part 2

I was looking on the C5west website at an interior kit that they sell. http://www.c5west.com I was wondering if anyone has used or heard anything about their interior package. It seems hit or miss with their "c5 conversion" YUCK If someone has, what kind of mods will I need to do on the door panels specifically?

The only reason I really don't like that kit is because it looks very "home-grown"...it gives an unpolished feel to it that makes it look like it belongs in a kit-car. If you like it go for it, but I would try to get some better pictures!

I was going for the door panels and the carbon fiber sills only (700 bucks). I agree, the pics suck. Hoping that someone had done the kit and had better pictures, as well as could give me an idea of what to expect installing them (from what i hear, it doesn't come predrilled, and I would really not like to screw it up or get in over my head!

I think the interior kit is kinda cool...it looks liek it's trying to copy the c5 motif, but it doesn't look as bad as the exterior mod does, the interior just looks different ad i like that. i, personally, like the 94-96 door panels better, but that upgraded dash pad and center console would look kinda cool with those... :D

this looks like the kit you are looking at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1872930138
the pics are bigger and it doesn't do it much justice. it's almost as if they tried to hard to make it wrap around. diffrent would have been better.
not sure if the link will show since ebay is not a suporting member. but all i did was a search on vette dash kits and found these. hope it helps

If I were going to spend that much money, I'd look into making something with cool with analog guages. The flat/squareish dash doesn't work well with that wrap-around style.... at least not the one they made. :U

If your looking for a carbon fiber dash how about something like this. I purchased this kit through superior customs a couple years ago and love it. You can get the kit I have for around $500 or a full 13 piece kit that has door panel insert and speaker covers for aroun $700. The carbon Fiber is real. Not that fake stick on stuff. Here are some pics for you. To see them in better detail just click on the pics to bring up a larger more detailed pic.

Anyone ever converted to the newer C4 style door panels?l
Like 93+ or so.. They look awesome, but the passenger side
is different than the drivers side. I'm sure the drivers' side can
be fitted without any 'major' problems, but the passenger side'has
different fron area where it fits next to the dash-pad.

Anyone?
