I have a 1993 C4 and was wondering if it's possible to have the computer reflashed to turn the cooling fan on at 200-210. Has anyone done this before?

93 still uses "chip" Hypetech thermomaster prom will turn on fans below 200 requires 160* or 180* thermostat. You will hear the fans running during in town driving.

As long as the observed coolant temps are around 190-210 degrees, you won't have a problem. The LT1 engine can handle higher coolant temps, even as high as 210-220. With temps in that range, I wouldn't mess with trying to changing where the fans come on. There is a sticky at the top of this section. It would be worth reading.

You can have the chip sent off and have that setting changed by just about any tuner.

If you are having overheating issues then there are maintenance things you should do first though.
