Beautiful 1996 Chevrolet Corvette (automatic) model for sale. Owned 20 years, always in storage during winter, hardly driven and meticulously maintained. The bright red exterior is in very good shape, (a few scratches on the nose of car) and the interior (black/red) leather has a nick on the driver’s front seat. Normal wear for a Corvette with only 45,112 miles on the odometer. You have the option to drive with the top removed to get a convertible like feel on your face or exchange it for one of the two options. (red hardtop or clear smoke tinted) Raise the hood and you will be impressed how clean the engine compartment is. All intact on the 350 V8 LT4 engine. New tires, battery, special rimes with red calipers, and special order “bow-tie” exhaust tips. Other options: AC, AM/FM radio/cassette/CD player, key-less entry, cruise control, power brakes/steering/seats/ windows/mirrors, Anti-Lock brakes, traction control, tilt wheel and more. $17,500 Interested please let me know as I will send pictures. You shouldn't have posted this ad here in the "C4 Tech/Performance" section. You need to post this in the "C4s For Sale" section. You would have much better response and success with your ad if you included at least a couple pictures of the exterior, interior and engine. You could always send additionals later. In today's world, you'll be very lucky to get over $12,000 for your year of Vette.
Yes this should be in the for sale section. And yes, if it’s an automatic, it’s and LT1 not an LT4.
And while we all can appreciate a low-mile car and the fact that they often command a higher asking price, with all due respect, $17,500 is just way to high... you will never get it. As a point of reference, I also live in Phoenix, AZ and two months ago bought ‘94 Corvette (owned by the previous owner for nearly 20 years also) optioned much like yours with only 9k more miles than your car (i.e., 54k miles)... and paid $7500! Of course, ask what you like for the car, but if your goal is to actually sell it, you might want to re-evaluate your asking price. Just saying’....
