Default Possible Rear Main Leak?

I know these pictures aren't the best, but hoping they will be enough. Just wondering if there is any evidence here of a rear main leak. I wouldn't say the leak i'm trying to track down is significant, in fact after sitting all winter, my garage floor didn't have a single drop. After initial spring start-up and a short drive, there was a drop on the garage floor the next day - again no big deal, just trying to track it down to satisfy my curiosity.

Backside of the dust shield is dirty obviously, not so much dust but a slight grime i'd say (oil and clutch dust maybe). I decided to clean it up so I can pull it in a month or so to take another look. You can also see the inside of the bell housing in the one pic - it looked like the same sort of residue in there as well. My clutch slave was leaking last summer, so I did change that out as well. I theorized I was losing fluid from the slave plunger into the bell housing, but that wasn't the cause of the drips I would see on my garage floor last summer.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm not seeing anything worth messing with. You could add florescent dye and monitor it,

I’d be happy if the underside of mine looked like that!

It looks like above the main seal if it is on the block pad near the starter. I would clean it off and watch where the oil might be coming from. Usually distributor, oil pressure sensor, valve cover or rear of the intake before rear seal.

Thanks guys. This gives me some good direction to go with. My valve covers are spotless around the head, at least as far as I can tell, so I think it's time to look at the other areas as suggested by 383vett.
