Hey guys, I am at a loss and before I throw more money at my 90, I thought I might get some suggestions from y'all. When turning it over to start it will crank for several seconds before finally catching, if I do not give it fuel right away it will stall out. It idles around 1000rpm if it falls below that it stalls out. It smooths out above 2000rpm. It runs extremely rich, you can smell it in the exhaust. I have checked the fuel pressure, it is running between 42-44psi. I have checked the resistance on the fuel injectors, all are within tolerance, one is at 14.5 the rest above 15.6. I have put new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, EGR valve, PCV valve, IAC. I have taken apart the TBI and cleaned it. the Air filter is clean. I have replaced the MAP sensor.
I am at a loss and do not know where to go anymore...…….. Guys I hate to say it but, I am getting frustrated with this thing and am about to throw in the towel.
Fuel pressure is a bit high it should be around 35 psi under normal circumstance does the oil smell of gas and a bit high on the stick, if so your Fuel pressure regulator could be bad and your sucking gas into the crank case.
Also how old is your O2 sensor
what is the TPS Voltage
