Default Clunking noise

I have a strange noise sound only when slowing down and i hit then brakes it sounds like a clunk clunk clunk and when i let off it sounds normal. only when sowing down and on the brakes

Depending on the source of the "clunk", front or rear, jack the wheels off the ground. While you rotate the tires, have someone depress the brake pedal. Once you have located the area of the "clunk", removing the tire from the hub will give you improved visibility to the possible source.....calipers, etc.........Good luck.

I had that once. Then my left front caliper fell off. IIRC, it takes a fairly large Torx wrench to tighten the two bolts that hold the caliper on.

If the rotors have excessive runout (ie if they are warped) they will work the caliper in it's slides. There could be a worn slide or a loose bolt . The caliper slides in the mounting bolts and these are sometimes referred to as
slides..... Check also while you're in there for any cracks in the rotor :seeya
