The car sat for 13 years until last year when I went to work on getting it back on the road. A few weeks ago I got to the air conditioning. The system still had pressure after sitting for so long so I just put in 2.5 cans of R12 and the system blows cold. I've been driving it for a few weeks, sometimes with the A/C but mostly with the top off so no A/C needed. Today I took it on my commute to work, about an hour each way withe the A/C cranking. Works great. I pull into the garage and notice oil on the rim of A/C clutch and that it splattered onto the hood and belt tensioner as well. Not a whole lot but enough to be wet. I didn't spend a whole lot of time looking but I'm guessing this is an A/C leak. Thoughts?

Looks like your compressor needs a seal.
you can take the compressor to a repair shop where they can remove the clutch and change the seal.
they usually want to reseal the unit and do a pressure check to give you any kind of warranty.
i have had it done 3 times, usually every 7 years, and in the Arizona heat, it has to be done.
the first time, they replaced a (rotary?piston ) and it has lasted 20 more years.
the first time it was $100, it’s been $60 for the last two seal jobs.
In my Z51 I put some Red Tech stopleak and their pro seal in mine (amazon). It's does exactly as yours is. Still leaks but only adding some freon every couple of months and not a whole can. Not sure what it had in it before but I'm just using 134a. It was a daily driver. YMMV.
