93 A/C Lights on controller blinking no compressor run

93 A/C Lights on controller blinking no compressor run
93 with auto control. Compressor not running. if I pull compressor relay, put small wire under pin without ground, touch wire to ground... cold lines in seconds. pressure is 70 psi.
When I first turn on recycle/A/c button the light above button will stay on for 5 seconds... then blink. All buttons then blink when pushed, including the off button.
With the key on, 12 volts to one wire of the 2 wire switch(big line, low pressure). 5 volts to one wire of 3 wire switch(small line. high pressure). Checking them unplugged. No change if I turn on A/C.
The pins across the 2 wire switch ohm out closed switch. I jumped these together with no change.
Trying to by pass the 3 wire switch. I jumped the 5 volt terminal to another terminal and the engine stalled.
I need advice to check 3 wire switch, and how to check if my controller is working.
