The engine runs good. Gas milage at the pump agrees with the mile-o-meter. At WOT O2 voltage is around 950 +/- ~10 counts. O2 sensor is only about 5 months old.
When I'm cruising the O2 varies between ~35 and ~880 volts. There is no pattern to it. Is this normal?

1) Seems a little high and you *might* be rich, but you really can't tell with the narrow band.
I replaced the failing stock injectors with Accell units (24 lb) from Summit. My CATS program has the stock Injector Flow Rate at 22.1 lb/hr. I thought that some where I read that the O2 sensor should read about 850 mv at WOT, is that correct? If it is whould I be wrong to change that constant first before I start messing around?
Change your inj. constant to obtain as close to 128 blms as you can get at all rpm/load closed loop/part throttle. For wot-you have to use a wide band to know where you are-just as high hopes said above. Otherwise you're just guessing-and hopefully not on the lean side!
