The output shaft is COMPLETELY locked up. It won’t even budge.

Before you take the OD unit apart, you need to watch this and do what he explains or you may be wearing trans parts in your chicklets.

The little washer is supposed to be on your counter shaft, there several of them separates the Needle bearings rows and caps them off on the end odds are your T-10 was rebuilt and the washer fell off the end during the counter shaft installation.
