Default Need help please

I just purchased a 1986 C4 Doug Nash Manual l98. I am cleaning it up and came across this missing line/hose/pipe . It’s under the oil fill cap. Any help on what it goes to would be greatly appreciated. The car has been running great but I would love to put the missing piece back on.

I have attached photos and circled the missing part in red. Thanks in advance.

If anyone could tell me the part above the missing piece that is crusty rusty I would love to replace it as well.

That looks like the A.I.R tube that feeds air to the cat to help with emmisions. Looks like you're missing what appears to be a check valve according to my '85 FSM.
