1992 DERM Resistor question

This item which I believe is the DERM RESISTOR IS NOT MOUNTED it is sitting at the back of where the radio head unit mounts. The arming module is mounted securely in is proper location.The wire that this is attached to is not long enough to go very far. In the FSM on page 9J-B-10 (or page 1339) Figure 6 shows it mounted to a vertical face in the box behind the radio head, I believe that a PO may have cut that out when Installing an aftermarket radio. Can anyone help confirm this for me?. .

You are missing the support piece for the radio receiver from an aftermarket radio install. Just find a spot that it can reach and clip it to.
