Default 92 Corvette need help

There is a hose that is cut where does it attach

I’m have throttle issues on a car I just bought. I noticed this while looking for vacuum leaks. The booster is cracked from the heat I will have to shield that but does this part need to be connected. I cannot find any hoses cut so I’m lost. I know it’s part of the throttle

Can't quite tell from your pictures what you see disconnected, but do see the ASR servo which does connect throttle cables. ASR (Anti Slip Regulation?) is an early version of traction control integrated with the Anti-lock brakes, factory service manual is your best source of info and diagnosis.
Attempting to attach a PDF copy of a training publication here, if for some reason it does not work PM and I will try to send it that way.

The cut hose is for the air pump, looks like the previous owner cut it when they installed the headers.
