Any pics of how you all grounded the fog lights? I'd rather not use resistors either. Just upgraded my headlights to LED and as anticipated, fog lights don't work in my 95 LT1

Get to Fig F in this thread. The relay box that contains the foglight relay is underneath the passenger knee panel, on the side closest to the door. Once you have found the relay box, the wire you're looking for is colored light green, and it'll be the relay on the end (IIRC the one closest to the door). Take this green wire, cut it in the middle, tape off the vehicle side, and connect the relay side to a ground (such as the metal frame that happens to be right there next to the relay box). This will allow the fog light relay to operate properly, though it will also allow the fog lights to remain on when the high beams are on so keep that in mind. It doesn't bother me any and it's far simpler than trying to restore OE functionality, not to mention no resistors necessary.
I add a relay. I did not just geound the fog light wire. I most states your fog lights must turn off when you rirn the high beam on. So to do this add a relay that that provids ground to the fog light relay so that when the high beam turns on removes the ground feom the dog light relay. I dont thave a pic but if you cannot figure it out I can sketch it for you.

If I had to guess, you used a 4-pin NC relay, and connected the coil side to the vehicle side of the green wire (since that goes to the high beam circuit) and ground, and connected the switched side to ground and the fog light relay. This way it won't matter if the circuit is 'floating' in its neutral state because it's floating to ground on only the coil side, and then when the high beams come on it gets 12V and opens the circuit, killing the ground connection to the fog light relay and turning it off.
Yes that is basically it. It is not complicated really. I also was able to mount the new relay along side the others. Good luck. I did replace all my lights inside and out with leds. Much crisper and brighter light. You do need to aware of a few things when doing it like having non polerized leds for side makers. I got none polerized whenever i could.

Did you get them from the same random seller on Aliexpress, or did you find another source for non-polarity LEDs for the side markers? I'm always looking for better sources since it takes forever and a day to get them from China.
I got all of my LEDs from Amazon. I would have to look to see exactly which ones I choose. The only ones that I had to buy that did not work were the white side markers for turning and reverse. I had some issue with them fitting correctly. I did find some after 2 tries. For the inside, I had several attempts with the ones for the mirrors and the info center. The problem with them was poor manufacturing. I will try to get a list together in the next couple of days if you want it.

That'd be pretty cool actually; but I'm most interested in your front side marker choice. I did look on Amazon but couldn't find a good solution there. So if you did, I'd be super interested.
The lights I used for the floods aren't available on Amazon anymore apparently, but the same style are available on SuperbrightLEDs, so I'll get the links updated soon. Agreed that those sockets were a pain since the majority of LEDs on the market don't fit them.

That is what I did.. here is the wiring change I made in my car..
Added Fog Light Relay:
Cut Lt Grn
Power side of Lt Grn to Pin 86 of New Relay
Pin 85 and Pin 30 of New elay to Ground (New Wire)
fog light side of LT Grn to 87a of New Relay
I actually removed the Lt Grn Pin from the relay and moved it to the new relay socket ( same as the OEM sockets) so those directions are
Remove Lt Grn from Stock relay location
Insert Lt Grn to Pin 86 of New Relay socket
Pin 85 and Pin 30 of New Relay Socket to Ground (New Wire)
New Relay Socket pin 87a to Removed socket pin of OEM Fog Light Relay
