The big difference will be that the hook ups for emissions are different. Notice the pipe coming off of the headers and then look at how different they are on your 93. If you are not worried about emissions and plan on cutting those off, and welding the holes closed, then yes they will match up with the exhaust ports. Look for a header designed for your LT1 if you need emissions tested.
True. The only question remaining is what experience does anyone have with them as far as accessing things. Spark plugs and any other crap in the way comes to mind.

That's what I'm curious about too. Are L48's/98's similar enough under the hood to my Lt1, or is fitment beyond ports going to be a problem--can I get to #8, will it clear the starter. I thought Lt1 were the first to require a unique flang angle, nice to learn that's not the case.
If I recall, you have TPiS (or Melrose?) headers and like them. But TPiS doesn't list a header for any C4 past '91, and Melrose list no headers anymore. Next choice new would be Stainless Works, but now were jumping up in price considerably. Hence I look for used headers
Its just emissions. There's only so many ways that you can bend a tube around a port for access. IIRC most companies offer (or at least did) a non emissions part as well and they're all identical for all years except the zr1.
