LT1/4 Guys with headers, AC bracket
Hey, Just curious how you were able to attach the bar that goes from AC unit to exhaust manifold, to your headers?
Pics would be great.
If you werent able to , did you ever develop a vibration from AC compressor?

I used the original stud that attached the manifold. I put a spacer in to make up the difference in the thickness of the manifold vs the header flange. I had to grind down the end of one of the brackets to clear the header tube also, but both brackets are on.

Thanx RichS. I looked at a photo, and there is actually 3 braces down there.. I have two, just need to put them on.
If you still have the vette, can you take a picture and measure the spacer?
