Which year? There are tons of per-year differences in the electrical systems on our cars.
In general, I would recommend your buddy go to Rockauto, pick his year, click the 'Literature' section, and ****** a copy of the FSM. $20 more than well spent, as you not only get the electrical diagrams but also a how-to on doing every task on the car and diagnostic flowcharts.
