I run prestone green, at a 60/40 ratio. (Little more water helps with cooling, better thermal conductivity) measured by volume. Its close enough. My garage only goes into the 20s on even the coldest days so it isn't a concern. Change it out every few years.
A second on "Prestone". I use it in a mixture of 70% water 30% anti-freeze as where I live it doesn't get that cold and we deal more with a warmer humid climate. The more water the better the heat transfer, anti-freeze does not transfer heat as well as water. The second thing is to replace the radiator cap every few years as they loose their pressure rating over time. A weak radiator cap will allow an engine to overheat as it can no longer hold the pressure.
