Quick question, does the SES light remain on at a very very low brightness???
I drove the Vett for the first time last night and noticed it was on but very dim.
Are you sure it isn't light from something else? If you think it has an issue, run a scanner on it and see if there are any codes that the ECM reports.
I think that would be it, as i did replace all the old tungsten bulbs with LED's. I'm assuming (hate that word) , that If I just replace with a reg bulb the problem will go away.
The bulb has been replaced with an LED. LED's behave this way when the 'ground' is provided by a solid-state junction such as an ECM or CCM. There is always a slight potential to ground, and the LED will illuminate slightly even if the junction is held high (OFF state).

WOW! That was a heck of a guess. Awesome!
Anyway replacing with a regular bulb will work, and in this case so will adding a resistor inline or using an LED with a resistor (I think the ones advertised as CANBUS-compatible interior LEDs have them integrated), as much as I hate adding resistors to LED setups. But it's that 'resistance' in the original bulb that makes a floating circuit less of a problem, so in this case, it's warranted.
