After a recent battle with pulling valve covers and EGR stuff in the way I'm positive if I pull the system I'll throw a code and being winter I can't exactly take it somewhere to have EGR codes wiped from the ecm, is there a way to remove the lines from the engine and like just leave the rest of the system so it doesn't throw a code but the lines are no longer in my way?
You don't have to take it anywhere. Just take the chip out and send it to have the egr removed. I would wait until after Christmas though otherwise you run the risk of it being stuck in the new "shipping limbo" phenomenon.

All you need to do is leave the EGR valve bolted in place and plugged in, pull out the rest of it and block everything. Where the tube goes into the back of the intake manifold just cut it off, clamp it shut and TIG it up so it is sealed. Block all the holes in the headers.

Get TunerCat and the 92/93 definition file then there is no need to send it anywhere, can be done very easily using a TOP3000 and any PC. Won't even take 5 minutes. But this really isn't required, on a 92/93 the ECM only wants to know if the valve is there, it won't care if the whole system works or not. It won't care on a 94/95 PCM either, but on a 96 it probably will.
It should check only to see if the valve is there when the ECM commands it, I'm not sure if the Diode trick works on the 92 but probably does, a search will tell you how its done. ECM is looking for a ground signal back when it commands EGR to work. its not able to tell if gases are actually flowing back.
But then you can do as above and remove Code 32 and EGR function, block off the ports and be done.

It's not in the way of anything back there, easier and much cheaper to just leave it there.
