1989 convertible
All stock except last owner remover catalytic converter and heater core
I just put in a 195 thermostat. What high and low temps should it run at?
124,000 miles. Its a 6 speed
and I live in Florida

Congrats on your '89 Vette.
Can't comment on temps for a 195deg T-stat as I run 160deg in each Vette.
For a little sharper accel you might pull the "frisbee" (disc) from the front of the WP pulley.

In stock form, 230 is possible especially with the ac off. AC turns fans on. 3 things I did to my ‘89:
3 row aluminum radiator
lower temp aux fan switch (maybe 200deg? Can’t remember)
180 thermostat
Rarely gets to 210f anymore. Usually runs near 200f in central Alabama heat.
