You need a scan tool that has a data stream function (a good scan tool, basically). Or some kind of way to interface w/the ECM, using a laptop or phone/AP. Anyway, you need to buy, borrow or befriend someone with the electronics required to let you data stream. It will let you SEE what the ECM/engine is doing. Here is a pic of me running data stream on my scan tool so I could watch my opti (among other things) while the car was running:
See how you can see everything functioning? I think that is where you're "at". If you actually do have spark when it stalls, you do have fuel, your injectors are firing, and you truly have no vacuum leaks....then you need to look into the operation of the sensors and actuators so that you can see what is not doing what it should be.

Check your throttle body for actuation (movement) Just had a fuel filter change and a soft piece of rubber was hanging up the throttle and car would start then stall and restart. As far as codes on a 93 or most C4 it is hands on. Also as far as Opti as mentioned beware of what you buy unless it is OEM..Also when did you change your fuel filter?
I changed the icm then the car started and kept dying so I changed fuel filter with no help then thats when I bought fuel press test kit drained all the fuel from the tank and put new fuel in and checked everything else fuel related I could think of thats why I was wondering if a bad aftermarket opti could cause this?
