Default 89 Turn Signal/Parking Light Problem

So I have a 89 vette that has been sitting 8-10 years, I got it running 6-8 months ago and I finally got some parts to put it back together. I was having issues with the front turn signals/parking lights due to the bumper not being on the front and the lights were in the dirt. I cleaned and fixed the bad wires and still had problems with not all the lights working. So I ordered a front harness for the headlights and park lights and it it fixed some of problems. Now the left turn signal stays on, won't blink, when the turn signal switch is pushed down. And the rear left taillights work they just won't blink. When the headlights are turned on the left turn signal indicator stays on but none of the front left lights are on except the headlight and the taillights are on. When the hazards are on everything flashes but the front left lights are dimmer, not using the same filament as the other side. I've cleaned the 3 grounds on the harness, would it be the cluster? If anyone has some ideas please post them.

Dash when headlights are on

Sounds like the park light and turn signal wires got switched. That’s where I would start.

Where could they be switched at? Under the dash? Doesn't look like the harness has been altered.

I misread, I thought you had changed the pigtail at the bulb. If it is all factory to the bulb sockets double check that you have the bulb installed correctly. It is possible to force the bulb in backwards. If all is correct it's time to take a VOM meter and start checking continuity to ground and voltage supply at the problem light. Good luck and hopefully the problem will reveal itself quickly.

The more I think about it the more I would check the ground wire. With a bad ground the park light will try and ground through the turn circuit which will illuminate the indicator on the dash.

It was the ground on the turn signal socket, the ground wire was broken inside the socket. Everything seems to be working now. I appreciate the advice, college just started back up for me so I don't have as much time to work on it. Also when do the side lights next to the turn signals come on?
