Car-1993 automatic with 89k miles
Seems to run pretty well but it keeps throwing some codes.
Code 32 for EGR. I did replace the EGR valve but its still throwing the code and get this, It'll only throw the egr code after I fill the car up and then the CEL will go off after about 20-30 miles. Solenoid maybe? This code seems to be the only one that makes the CEL come on.
Code 41 for Electronic Spark Timing circuit. Car runs good so...
Code 72 for Gear selector switch circuit.
Also my ASR light comes on occasionally.
A VATS bypass has already been done by the previous owner and he has also installed LED lights and fogs which I believe may be the cause of the H73/74 I sometimes get.
I've also encounted a H41 for Loss of ECM serial data communications.
I really don't know what to make of all these when the car runs pretty good. ECM rebuild time maybe? Thoughts?

Module 1 H73/H74 have nothing to do with your headlights, foglights, or anything else. They have to do with the interior dashboard lights.
Module 1 H41 is normal if you've ever tried to connect a scan tool to your car, as doing so tells the CCM to go away, and thus it can't talk to the ECM anymore.
Sounds like you have a ton of electrical gremlins to me. Some seriously bad Previous Owner Syndrome from the sound of it.
After doing some reading I’m curious to know if mine has had a tune. I’ve always thought my TCC locks up at weird time and it shifts into fourth pretty quick and someone made a thread about their tune doing that. It’s all pretty interesting in a way. I have a FSM on disk I’ll try to look through it tomorrow and decipher something.

The transmission is not electronically controlled in a 93.
The TCC is, however. On a 93, the chip in the ECM is the only way to "tune" the engine. So it you can look and see if it has a different chip inserted.
