Tom, you're drunk. GTFO. You can only say it one more time. (I've been counting, that's twice now in the last year!)

Why in the world would anybody bother testing on a 4.3L engine? I have little doubt that teeny engine like that with stock heads and a very mild cam would work well with the TPI intake.

Richard Holdener likes to play with odd ball stuff. He has a whole series of videos on the "other guys." It find it interesting.

The carb on the TPI didn't do so good.

Anyone notice the difference in SOUND, between the LT1 intake and the L98 (FI'd) intake?

The sound was surprising given iirc everything else was the same. Almost more labored

I guess. I thought, "more bassy...beefy", when he first opened the throttle on the TPI. What ever you call it....I was honestly surprised that there was such an audible difference between the two intake only tests.

Could be a VE difference from the runner tuning? or just mixing from the camera microphone. I heard it more into the pull especially toward the end where the LT kept pulling that it sounded more... subdued. Like to me it sounded like the difference ripping in 2nd at 2000 and matting it and doing the same in 3rd. Loaded I guess?
