Default Need Advice on Accessory Plug

1993 convertible. I wired a 12v outlet to the spare accessory plug choosing the "hot when in run" pink/blk wire. Now I find that the "hot at all times" orange wire, the cigar plug which feeds the orange wire with a splice, and the "hot when in run" wire are all dead!! I put a meter at the fuse box in the dash and get no reading at either the Cigar fuse connector that feeds the orange circuits nor the Utility connector that feeds the pink "hot when in run" circuit. On page 2246 of the FSM I found a diagram of these circuits post fuse box. I have not been able to find a wiring diagram for these circuits leading to the fuse box to trace the problem backward. Can anyone refer me to a page in the FSM for the diagram, and/or, does anyone know if there is another fuse for the circuits somewhere? Or if there is a connector somewhere pre-fuse box that I could check? Thanks.

OOPS! couldn't see the forest for the trees. I found the diagram I was looking for on page 2233-2235. However, if you have some advice on this please let me know. Other items on the 60amp fuse under the hood are working so maybe it is a connector or broken wire.
