bad ecm or what
i can not get any codes pulled from my ecm , when i ground a and b terminal i get overdrive light on, how do you check if ecm is bad, car is not running currently, low fuel pressure well change pressure regulator when have time as suggested by a forum helper

When jumping A->B, all the relay's should energize,...... you should hear plenty of clicks, as well as the fan, and fuel pump power up. Check Engien light should come on.
We are talking about an 85, w/ 870 EMC, right?
I'd suspect wiring, fuses,....

How's the battery holding up?
That battery light should be on when the key is in the on position as well without the car running.
Hate to ask, but are you sure you did the currect pins?
