SuperRam porting questions
I plan to install a complete SuperRam intake system on my 87 vert.
Does it make a noticeable difference in power to port the runners and plenum?
What about the Accel intake?
Would I be better off just using them out of the box?
How much would be an average price to have these ported?
How much more power should I expect out of this system, I plan to install 1.6 full roller rockers, 52mm throttle body, opened up air filter lid, and adjustable fuel pressure regulator along with a custom chip probably by Ed Wright.

LPE claims ~25 hp from porting. They charge around $700 to port the entire thing. If it looks like mine does in the end.. BEAUTIFUL work.
Remember though, bad porting can hurt performance, so make sure its a good porter you take it to, if you dont send it to LPE.
Not sure what the total power difference will be, should be decent amount depending on what else is done to the car.

I just did mine and it was not that hard. I think if you just clean it up and gasket match everything you will see an improvement. Don't see how you couldn't, unless your heads really don't flow well...Any questions, let me know.
