poor brake performance
NEW => EBC brake discs
Raybestos HP pads
11" booster
1" C3 master brake cylinder
I think for this setup the performance is very poor.
I'm not able to block the front wheels. From 60 mph (100 km/h) to 0 I need 55 Yards (50m).
Plus an high effort of pressure on the brake pedal.
Vacuum is given at the booster. I know that the ratio pedal length to attachment point of the master brake cylinder pushrod is lower, so more pedal force needed at the Camaro. But at least the poor performance is the problem, not pedal pressure.
Could anyone descripe the feeling of an original C4 brake?
Any data like deceleration?
Thanks for help!

C4 Master cylinder bores vary a little bit, but all are less than 1". Most are around 0.8"-0.875" until the 92 and up cars at 0.93". A smaller master cylinder bore will give more force to the brakes at the expense of pedal travel. Pedal ratio would also be important, but I don't know what the stock c4 is off the top of my head.
Have the pads been bedded in properly?

Should be very easy to lock the brakes, friction is what does the stopping so you need high friction brake pads. Hawk plus are great for track use, a standard brake pad will require excessive pedal pressure barely slowing the car.
I would use the correct master cylinder for the year callipers you have, for the correct bias and hydraulic force.
Corvette brakes are quite effortless with the correct friction brake pads, high friction metal content even ceramic pads should work well.
