Z07 Shocks
I didn't think they came on Z07 vette's. If they are FX3, Bilstein doesn't rebuild them anymore but, there are a few companies that do. Every couple of years it seems Bilstein does a production run of the shocks. I bit the bullet a year or two ago and bought a brand new set. It cost about a 900 - 1k for all four! Double and triple check that the actuator it really bad and it's not a broken gear on the shock or is jammed by debris or failing the pre-test because of a bad shock. This would be an Out Of Position code. Swap the actuator around with a good one and see if the trouble code moves. There is a guy who rebuilds actuators. Can't remember his name but a search on here should find him. If you can't find him, message me and I'll try and dig his info up.
I went with new shocks for 2 reasons. The new ones have a lifetime guarantee and I have my original ones to rebuild. The places that rebuild only have 90 day to one year warranty. The good part about having them rebuilt is that you can have the valving changed to your specifications.
edit: I bought the new shocks from Summit Racing
