Well troubleshooting this car has been entertaining. So the crappy idle issue points me to the MAF sensor, but not 100%. So i did the unplug test and it does run better. I was curious if the burn off worked as well. That doesn't, maybe because the MAF is bad. I did however put a power relay on the burn off harness and the burn off lite up and stays on. Set everything back and put a new relay on the burn off harness and it doesn't work. Is this part of a MAF failure? I already set the TPS and Idle control valve.

Same boat. Well my car slouches at the press of the gas in the beginning, got new tps sensor and replacement intake boots w/ maf in nice condition/used. But I belive that's the reason, bad maf.
Have you tried to clean the sensor wires in the MAF unit? I like to remove the MAF sensor and clean it carefully. The sensor wire is roughly 1/10th of the diameter of a human hair and VERY fragile.
Whenever you replace your MAF be sure to replace both relays at the same time. In my experience the relays fail and cause the MAF to fail.
Clean connections are a must on any C4.
