Blower motor issue

Blower motor issue
I have a 1989 C-4 L-98 convertible. I recharged the ac, but it still appears the fan is not blowing very much air on the highest setting of 10. Has anyone else had any issue like this?

The Expert in these matters is BATEE.Com. Bryan is the owner and he is an expert in those systems. He also rebuilds them. I would look up BATEE on You Tube and see if that has your answer.

I did on my 85. Turned out to be the relay under the blower motor in the engine compartment. I don't know about the 89 system.
