89 Corvette Horn
89 C4 Corvette, Took the steering wheel off about two months ago to replace key switch because of a lost key, I put it back together today and went to honk the horn and it didn't work, I used a wire brush and brillo pad to clean all of the contact points, I don't know if cleaning them changed anything or I just wasn't paying attention but when I press the horn all I hear is a clicking sound in the dash, and I tried all key switch positions, also the car doesn't run yet because fuel tank and injectors are out. How is the battery? Have you tried to put a basic test light or DMM on the horn Leads. I have seen unused horns corrode and not work a little smack and they may come to life
