I think my driver-side power window motor is about toast. A couple nights ago it went down, but slowed and stopped on the way up, then wouldn't budge.
I "fixed" it by slamming the door shut with the window-up switch pressed, which jarred the thing into working again.
Are these motors rebuildable (I'm assuming new brushes and a clean commutator might work) or do I need to replace the whole assembly?
It's a '93 as my sig shows.

 They should cost under $100 new. I think it is a standard motor for most GM Cars so check before you fall for "vette pricing" Contact Jeff Koop for best advice and prices

Got my drivers side from the Last Detail. http://www.tld-corvette.com/ $75 Brand new GM. That was before I knew about Jeff Kopp though. I'd check them both.
