LT1 fuel rail

LT1 fuel rail
How is the fuel pressure regulator and fuel line removed from the fuel rail. I've never had one apart and I don't want to damage it. Thanks for any imput.

The fuel lines at the fuel rail are a quick disconnect fittings. You need to get the tool from your local auto supply to release them. The FPR is held on by a couple of small bolts and the fuel rail is attached to the intake by 4 bolts. Be sure to get new "O" rings for the FPR and put a drop of oil on them if you take it apart. Oil the male ends of the quick disconnect fittings too or they may leak.
