Security system problems...vette won't start!

Security system problems...vette won't start!
I'm looking for help on ignition problems. Starter, solenoid, and battery all check out OK. When I try to crank her I get no clicking....nothing. Also the PKE transmitter will not operate the hatch or doors, the security light does not come on when the door is opened so I figure its the something in the security system cutting juice off going to the starter. HELP cause I'm an electrical idiot.

You will probably have to access any trouble codes that may exist. I am assuming that you don't have a code reader, or know how to fashion a paper clip to ground out the communications link, so here is a link for the interpretation of the codes when you are able to display them:

Could be a VATS problem ? I am not sure about the Security light not blinking but everything else sounds like it. I know mine was doing that till I changed to my secondary key. I guess the resister had worn out on my other key.
