I want to delete the AIR on my 84. Found this bracket and pulley and was wondering if anyone has used it, what size belt you used or if there was any need to replace the current belt. If anyone has used a better bracket I would be interested in that too.
Yes. I have used something similar to what you have pictured. Removed the AIR pump and installed long tube headers. The original size belt is still being used as I saw no need to replace it.
Do you think there will be vacuum line problems. I'm pretty sure that I can eliminate both of the tubes running along the cylinder heads. Not sure what that does to the EGR. There is probably a good step by step tut here somewhere, just need to find it.
When you remove the emissions just make sure that all vacuum lines are capped or removed. Just follow where they go. I don't know on a 84 but; on my 86 I didn't like the options with the pulleys. I decided to gut my smog pump, paint it black and get a chrome alternator and smog pump bracket. I liked the look better on my car.

You need a dorman 34157 delete for 88-92 camaro, firebird and chevy trucks. You will need a different belt but I am not at home so will get you the belt # when I return. Greg
