Default throttle positioning sensor

on a stock engine ('85) the TP sensor is suposed to be set at .54 Volts.
do i adjust it back to the stock setting on a modified engine, or does anyone out there know what it should be set too. check my sig for my mods if that will help, i just relpaced my modified throttle body with a stock one as an experiment, so i need to reset it.

Yep... 0.54v at idle is stock location. You can actually run it as high as 0.68v before throwing a computer code. You also want to make sure that when the accelerator is depressed fully that you get close to 4.50v

an '84 is different than an '85, so the procedure is different as well, it should say in you service manual
