Code 32 mystery

Recently pulled intake. New gaskets, vacuum lines, all new EGR components.
Car has been running great with no codes for several months.
Recently began getting a Code 32 SES but only when I go over 65 or so mph.
I can drive for 30 miles under 64-66 mph and no code.
If I hit the Interstate, it gives a Code 32 within a few minutes.
Any suggestions or ideas?

check your vacuum lines to solenoid and make sure temp sensor wire did not fall off.
that wire gets brittle over time and breaks.
on my 86, the wire just broke.
the sensor resistance changes when hot exhaust is flowing in the tube which is the signal the computer reads that verifies the egr is called for, the vacuum lines are intact, and the valve is working

I recently replaced the plug on my EGR solenoid, however, I will double check my soldered wire connections.

maybe they went back to that configuration
when you say you soldered the wires, are they in an sreathat would melt the solder?
if so, crimp or silver solder is the fix

Restricted EGR passages in the manifold, pipes or plenum can cause Code 32.
I should be able to blow compressed air from the inlet port on the intake through to the EGR valve port, correct?
