94 C4 Security System Behaving Badly
So here is a weird one. First off my key works great. Car starts and runs just like it should so I don't think there is anything wrong with the VATS. But, my factory security system will randomly go off. It doesn't flash lights or anything but it honks the horn. It really likes to do it around 2am which is getting REALLY old. So for the short term I have unplugged the horns so it will at least be quiet. So I expect there is some sensor shorting out or something. Rather then trying to figure out what's wrong with it I would rather just completely get rid of it. How would I go about completely disabling the factory security system? Is it as simple as getting a VATS defeater system that mimics the keys resistance?
