Starter won't engage
(This is for a 1990 L98 Coupe) Hi all! I had a previous post on here about my steering column but i've come to realize that doesn't have much to do with the problem, whenever I push the key back to where it would start the car, the dash lights up with the breaks etc however nothing happens, the new steering column I recently purchased is fully installed and I'm beginning to think there is an electrical issue between the ignition switch/steering column assembly wiring harness and the ECM or the CCM, the reason I think this is because the dash isn't even lighting up with the security light as if it could read the keys vats resistance, it's simply not doing anything. Below is an attached video of me trying to start the car, any information would be greatly appreciated as to where we should go from here. We're currently removing the CCM to see if that's bad because the LCD screen on the instrument cluster is also not working, which i've heard is a sign that the CCM could be broken. (I already took the instrument cluster out and the connection between the screen and the board is solid/ not broken)
