In MY opinion I would use it without a second thought. It is new, sealed and still fresh in the bottle ready and waiting for action.
I hope it lasts as I too have several gallons of the VW Blue anti-freeze on the shelf in my garage to be used on my old Vanagon.

Last time I did a coolant flush, which was in the spring, I used two gallons of ten year old unopened Prestone I had sitting around.
Haven't had a problem.
But I flush it and put in new every year anyway.
