Default DRM camber bracket interchange question

Hey folks,
I bought a set of camber brackets a while ago for my 84 with a Dana 36. I found a Dana 44 for it from a 94 and am in the process of swapping that in. (Along with Banski links) The camber bracket bolts for the later D44 are slightly larger than the D36 bolts though. I'm assuming all I need to do is enlarge the bolt holes on the DRM brackets since everything else will be staying the same as the 84 geometry. Can anyone confirm this is correct, or do I need a set of DRM brackets for an earlier D44?
Thanks!

Replacing those M10 spec bolts with the later M12 spec is certainly thought to be a correction!! M12 X 1.75 X 75 are thought to be correct for the later brackets to a D36 or D44.

84 seems to be unique using 10mm bolts. 85-96 use 12 mm bolts. Drill your brackets or get a set for later model. Rippie makes/ made brackets that relocated camber arm pivot.

Brackets are '84 - '87 SO the bolts would be the same for those years. M12 hardware is later!

***'88 very likely might still have been M10 and the M12 bracket and hardware came along with the M6 in '89. The rear cover in GM SPO Parts seems to contradict that thought but '88 brackets were a single year application.

Buy your hardware paying attention to shoulder length and Class, I'd measure the shoulder diameter and match that to the drill bit size used.
