Default General Information, for a C4

I am not sure if this belongs in this section, but -

I need to know the following:

What is the C4 wheel base? (I think that it is 96inches)
What is the C4 ground clearance?
What is the front approach angle?

That is all this time....

Thank you and happy holidays!

you know If you lower your vette an Inch it could pass under the Semi Trucks Trailer if the Trailer has 46.5 inch tall tires with 24.5 inch rims. Yeah the vette's really short ;)

I've been under stuff hanging off the back of a flatbed simi before in our 88. Cleared by a few inches, stock height...

Uh huh. I think that once I get the vette back on the road, I will try that "under the semi trailer" thing. HA! I should have the lowering kit soon! :lurk:

Well if you have a coupe, then you have a choped windsheild and a convertible,
NO dont try it, you'll kill yourself, BBBUUUUUUT if you do, just make sure its a 46inch tall tire on the trailer, dont go under a low profile 22.5 inch rimed Trailer, or you'll have a choped convertible, and maybe your head. :yesnod:

I don't know about approach angle specs , but I can only get into my driveway by taking a hard right from close to the curb and placing the right front on the driveway before the left. And I always back out the reverse of this, VERY slowly. And then I have to do a smoky burnout to avoid being run over by traffic.

And mine is not lowered.

Bear86, I'm sure it is just a typo, but the rear tires are 285-40-17. (We don't want misinformation posted in the forum. :yesnod:)

Unless it is has the Z51 option which will have 275-40-17's all the way around with 17x9.5" rims all around as well. ;)

But yes, with 255's up front it should have 285's in the rear for '93 and up.
