In the "good old days" yes, but I am held hostage to a 30% handicap on $ exchange rate.
NTCTS but -
In 'The Good Old Days' I maintained an address (through a broker) in Canada and had my TV Satellite service from there. Using my USA based CreditCard I was paying way less than most in the US for much better service. HDTV way before cable here in the 'Southern Province of West Virginia'! Both coasts US HDTV, 6 or more time zones for 'time shifting' - A very good (then) TV experience!

Yep, TV/cable/satellite is another can of worms. Here we have archaic laws about "Canadian content"(mostly second rate garbage) and my content is "geoblocked". Tried two different VPN's. Works great if you watch at 2 in the morning. Prime time lack of bandwidth was like watching movement on a California traffic jam.
Doesn't a replacement filter come with its appropriate seal in the box with the filter?
I know the early orange seal does. I only now own one 4L60e, and it gets its filter changed about every 6-7 years, based on mileage driven. I don't remember if the 60e filter comes with a seal. I have 60e filter seals in my broken-kit seal kits if I ever needed one. I usually don't change the 60e seal for a routine filter change unless the old one is brittle or damaged. I always change the orange ones.
They do come with the filter kits. The "loose" availability of the seal I suppose has its place but I my opinion would have limited use.
