GM quit making them long ago, Your best bet is to get a reman unit from Blue Streak Electronics. http://bsecorp.com/catalog/
BSE lists the MF4712 part# as compatible for 1986-1989 Corvettes.
You can buy these BSE units from Oreilly or Autozone. Maybe RockAuto.
I bought a rebuilt BSE MAF unit from Autozone 2 years ago for my 1985 Corvette and it has worked great.

If you have a later model C4 Corvette that uses a MAF sensor and uses 2 external relays to control it like my 1988 C4 does be sure to replace the two relays when you replace the MAF sensor. Those relays are important and require replacement every couple decades.
The tubular connection between the MAF and the Throttle body needs to be well sealed and secured at both ends. You do not want any air leaks or your airflow measurements will be wacko and affect the drive-ability.
