Default Oxygen sensors- 94 LT1

do these cars have an O2 emulator, if so what is it and if I wanted to replace all 3 new sensors is the emulator one of the sensors or something different ?

I've never heard of such a thing being used on a C4. However, the only O2 sensor you'd even want to try to trick is the single downstream (post-cat) O2 sensor on the 94. That one tells the PCM if/how the cat is functioning. The two upstream sensors are instrumental to making the car run properly after it warms up and enters closed-loop operation, and they need to be working. You don't need to trick the rear sensor: you can turn it off in Tunercat or other tuning software for the 94.

At one time there was a product called a MIL eliminator. I'm guessing US epa had a problem with them as they all disappeared about the same time. Idk it they are available in Canada. There was a DIY video on how to make them on YouTube.

You can also use two "spark plug non-foulers" if you drill one out to 1/2" at the end and screw it into the other one. But again, there's no need when the tuning software for the 94/95 cars is so cheap.

Thanks for the info. I've been looking on Rock Auto and others and have not found a listing for the third 02 sensor, which is the one behind the cat. Does anyone have a part number or know where to find it?

It seems like all the listings are for the upstream sensors. Strange. You're 100% sure that your 94 has a downstream sensor? If so, your best bet may be to actually go to a Chevy dealership parts counter and ask them what the part number is. It may be the same part as the upstream sensors: one listing Rockauto hinted at that.
