Coolant Refill LT1

What is the recommended procedure for refilling the coolant for an LT1? I've drained and flushed the system already, just unsure of the refill process. I found a great breakdown of the procedure on here once before but can't find it anymore, so I apologize if this is a redundant question

Fill it.
Open bleeder(s) until coolant comes out smooth w/no air
Close bleeder, top fill tank to spout neck.
Fill over flow to "Cold" mark...

Done.

Aren't you suppossed to jack the right front tire 3.27 inches off the tangent radius of the left side frame rail while standing on one foot?
