L31 vortec with roller rockers
Hi
My setup:
L31 new GM Vortec heads L98 corvette engine
Replaced original push in studs with ARP 3/8 Rocker Arm Stud Kit.
used GM performance aluminum roller rockers 19210728.
the rockers are touching the rear side of the cover (intake side). when the push rod is up. i have the center bolt covers.
original none roller ones will clear.
anyone had a similar issue? any ideas

yes I'm aware of that. but the Hight is not the problem. it is touching the rear side about 3/4" from the bottom. not height issues at all. unless the tall cover has is wider near the base. maybe this is the issue
