Default Tuning help

I got an ostrich 2.0 and put a $6E mask with an ARAR bin, it works alright but won’t start when hot and still seems off, idk how to tune yet either so I don’t know how to fix this. I have an 88 with a first TPI, stock fuel injectors 22lb, and long tube headers. Also a 160 t-stat. Is there a bin that won’t have any issue out of the box for this set up, do I need a different mask?

Got any scan data?

$6E bins have screwy crank fuel pw multiplier vs reference pulses. This could be part of the hard starting issue. Try setting 0.500 across the board. If it floods with 0.500, try 0.250 instead.

Keeps saying error when I try to log, not sure why. But it’s cranking right up while hot right now. About to go on a long trip so it’s kinda scary to trust it

IAC might be out of sync.

Since you have an ostrich, you can easily force the IAC to open and close fully with the engine running by temporarily varying the desired idle rpm between extreme values (try something like 2000 rpm for 30 seconds or so, and then something like 400 rpm for another 30 seconds or so, then go back to normal settings).

Also after ign off, the IAC should go through a full cycle before setting to the start up position of 160 counts.

Checksum error, reuploaded the bin and it fixed with the same tune. Also this one has highway mode enabled so must be an Australian tune, I’ll take the extra mpg though
